In accordance with the HKSAR Government’s updated arrangement on Prevention and Control of Disease (Prohibition on Group Gathering) Regulation, mtm labo will suspend the facial treatment, spa service and medical aesthetic treatment until 20 Apr 2022 to reduce the risk of coronavirus infection. Shop 212 in Victoria Dockside Tsim Sha Tsui, SPA by MTM and TIME by MTM will be closed during this period. mtm labo will contact the customers who have treatment bookings on the above days to reschedule the appointment. Special Measures for COVID-19

In view of the recent conditions of the COVID-19, we have implemented the following arrangements to ensure store hygiene and prevent the spread of the disease, and to protect customers and employees.

For employees:

• Employees who have not been vaccinated must undergo the COVID-19 test once every 14 days, and are required to obtain a negative test result before getting back to work.
• Employees must measure their body temperature with the thermometer provided by mtm labo before going to work, to ensure that there is no fever or symptoms of upper respiratory tract infections.
• Employees must perform hand hygiene with alcohol hand rub before entering the store.
• Employees must wear surgical masks provided by mtm labo at any time in the store.
• Before employees serve customers, they must wash their hands with liquid soap and perform hand hygiene with alcohol-based hand rub.
• All esthetician must wear surgical masks and face shield during treatment.

Facilities:

• A touch-free alcohol-based hand rub dispenser is placed at the front desk of the stores for customers and employees.
• All treatment rooms are equipped with alcohol handrub for guests to use.
• Disposable bed sheets are used in all beauty couches, and will be changed immediately after each customer completes the treatment.
• Clean the floor daily with diluted bleach.
• Clean the furniture and equipment of the shop with disinfectant spray daily.
• Request the laundry company to wash the towels and bedding with bleach.

Before enjoying the treatment services at mtm labo, we will measure the body temperature of every customer. If there is fever, we will assist the customer to rearrange the treatment appointment.

To ensure the safety of the community, anyone who has travelled to countries/areas with active community transmission of COVID-19 virus for the past 14 days or has symptoms of upper respiratory tract infections, such as fever, cough, runny nose, etc., is recommended to stay at home.  If you are concerned about an outbreak or is unwell and wants to cancel a treatment appointment, you are welcome to amend the treatment appointment time.
